Shipping & Returns

1. Your order is usually dispatched once your payment is received. We will deliver your order by DHL or Ems Service (Online Tracking).

2. The tracking No. of your package will be sent to you after your order is dispatched. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online;

3. Our shipping fee is £12 to worldwide, no limit your country or where you are;

4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.

The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.


We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to accept a return.

1). If you want to return your purchase for exchange, you should contact us within 15 days from the date you received it;if you want to return the items,we will charge 15% of your payment for our postage, within 7 days. After the time frame, we do not accept any return.

2). Pleas ensure your returned items in original packaging including all accessories, tags, not worn, altered or washed and can be resold.

3). Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

4). Please advise us the tracking number when you return your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will refund you only AFTER we received your items.
