Free Standard Shipping on orders of $65 or more on our webstie orders shipped inside the U.S., first ship-to address only. Shipping and taxes do not count toward the $65 qualification. For most addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, DSW offers 3 levels of delivery service. Second and Next Business Day deliveries are available services for most parts of AK and HI, and some remote locations. Shipping service options for your area will be displayed at checkout.
For P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico, only Standard Shipping is available.

DSW Rewards Premier members get free Next Business Day Shipping on any order with Next Business Day shipping selected. Valid only for logged-in DSW Rewards Premier members on our website orders. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. ET for next business day delivery and shipped inside the U.S, excluding some rural zip codes, APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. (Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.) Offer valid on shipments to the first ship-to address only. Returns & Exchanges
We're not satisfied until you are… even up to a year later. If you don't love your purchase, we'll be glad to take it back. Our return process for domestic orders is quick and easy!
Make sure item(s) are:
UNWORN and in new condition (no visible wear or tear) with original tags
in the original packaging with the receipt or packing slip
within 365 days of the purchase date for U.S. customers (60 days for international orders, please see below)
Regularly priced or sale item(s)—Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Shop for a new item (optional: this is for users selecting to exchange an item)
Returns take 5-7 days, on average, to ship and process. If you've chosen to have an item refunded, please allow an additional 7 days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
